ISP Summit: More women in tech means stronger, more innovative companies

TORONTO – According to an upcoming report, Outlook 2023, from the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC), by that year Canada will need 305,000 more digitally skilled workers, bringing the workforce in the digital economy up to 2.1 million. Acquisitions power Cogeco’s 2019 growth

MONTREAL – Broadband provider and broadcaster Cogeco Inc. saw its fourth quarter 2019 revenue increase by 3.1% compared to Q4 last year to reach $610.5 million, the company reported late Wednesday. MONTREAL — CBC/Radio-Canada announced Wednesday that Donald Lizotte will be taking over the role of general manager and chief revenue officer of CBC & Radio-Canada Media Solutions, after last week’s announcement that Jean Mongeau is leaving the position, effective February 24, 2020.
