OTTAWA – The Canadian Association of Community Television Users and Stations (CACTUS) and the Fédération des télévisions communautaires autonomes du Québec are now taking applications from community television organizations to hire a journalist under the Local Journalism Initiative. OTTAWA – Back in September 2018, the Supreme Court of Canada established ISPs were entitled to be compensated when providing copyright owners with contact information of alleged movie pirates when required by a so-called Norwich Order.
