TeraGo completes purchase of Data Centers Canada

TORONTO – TeraGo Inc. announced today it has completed the transaction to acquire Vaughan, Ont.-based Data Centers Canada Inc. on May 31 for approximately $9.5 million. Data Centers Canada provides data centre solutions, including colocation and disaster recovery, to businesses, enterprises, public sector and technology service providers. TeraGo, which announced the acquisition May 23, said Data Centers Canada’s operations and management team will continue on with the company. The acquisition was financed under existing senior term debt facilities with Royal Bank of Canada, Knowledge-Based Industry Group.
