TORONTO – TeraGo Inc. announced today it has acquired Data Centers Canada Inc. for about $9.5 million. Located in Vaughan, Ont., Data Centers Canada provides data centre solutions, including colocation and disaster recovery, to businesses, enterprises, public sector and technology service providers.
