Ross Video introduces employee ownership

IROQUOIS, ON – Ross Video has moved from being a family owned company to a family and employee owned company thanks to the creation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

All Ross employees around the globe have the opportunity to buy stock, and the company said that it currently has 71 new employee shareholders.

“Ross employees are as passionate about Ross Video as I am,” said CEO and majority owner David Ross, in the announcement. “The team here at Ross has built an incredible company and they now have the opportunity to more fully share in our success as partners in the business.”

After purchasing Netherlands-based Media Refinery last year, Ross Video has recently acquired Australian-based Codan Broadcast adding a full line of video routers to its inventory, and Canadian-based Norpak with its data insertion technology.
