Canadian manufacturer Ross Video makes a buy Down Under

IROQUOIS, Ont. and MELBOURNE, Australia – Canadian broadcast gear maker Ross Video said today it has agreed to buy Codan Broadcast Products Pty Ltd of Melbourne, Australia from Codan Limited. The sale, subject only to the finalization of due diligence, is scheduled for completion on 31 August, 2010.Financial terms were not disclosed.Ross plans to continue operations from Codan Broadcast’s current premises in Melbourne, Australia with the name of the business and product branding changing to Ross Video.
