BURLINGTON, Ont. – Rev TV Canada announced today its All North Racing program schedule, beginning in September, which features 40 hours of Canadian motorsports action available to watch on live television and on digital delay.
All North Racing gives grassroots fans, racers and tracks the opportunity to be featured on Rev TV at no cost – they only need to provide details of the race along with video and audio footage.
“REV TV is thrilled with the response we have had nationwide to the ALL NORTH RACING grassroots program” said Mike Garrow president of Rev TV, in the press release.
“As viewers will see in September and onward there is tremendous racing going on at all levels right across our country. We look forward to showcasing more Canadian motorsports coverage in support of the tracks, series and sponsors who make these events possible for all their loyal fans” he said.
On Sept. 5 at 9 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT a special edition of All North Racing will be live “with the Shockwave Canada 200 late model race from Westshore Speedway in Langford, BC,” a press release reads.
“The success of last year’s live broadcast of the Canada 200 has really boosted car counts and excitement for what was already a huge event. With over 30 cars expected, this year’s 200 is going to be one to remember,” said Daryl Crocker, GM of Westshore Motorsports Speedway, in the press release.
On Sept. 6 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT All North Racing will feature the Avion RS1 Series in Penticton B.C. The race took place on Aug. 21 on the Penticton Speedway, a quarter-mile oval that has been newly refurbished.
Later in the month, on Sept. 13, at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT All North Racing will present the 13th Annual IMCA Super Nationals from Hythe Motor Speedway and on Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT “will spotlight Sauble Speedway in Ontario with the Boss of the Beach 75 presented by REV TV,” the press release says.
