Quebecor and TVA annual general meetings will be virtual-only next month

MONTREAL — Quebecor and its TVA Group subsidiary will hold their annual general meetings virtually next month, in keeping with restrictions implemented by the federal and Quebec governments in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and out of concern for the well-being of all participants, the company announced Monday. Shareholders are asked to follow the AGMs online via video webcast, as they will not be able to physically attend the meetings.
