Ottawa-based Versature bought by net2phone

OTTAWA – Canadian hosted VoIP and SaaS business communications systems provider Versature has been acquired by U.S. cloud-based communications services provider Net2phone. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.The two companies pledged to continue to provide Canadian businesses with cloud-based communications services.
