Ontario government commits over $11M to support Northern film and TV industry

TORONTO — The Ontario government announced today it is providing more than $11.4 million through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC) to support the film and television industry in Northern Ontario. Earlier this month, Ontario announced $2 million in funding to support the film and TV industry in North Bay specifically. In today’s announcement, the government said a total of 27 projects across Northern Ontario are receiving NOHFC funding.
