
TORONTO — With WarnerMedia’s HBO Max streaming platform set to launch in the United States Wednesday, Bell Media’s Crave announced today the first three HBO Max series coming to Crave will make their Canadian debuts tomorrow, the same day they premiere in the U.S.
As previously reported in October, Bell Media signed a long-term licensing agreement with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution to bring HBO Max original programming exclusively to Crave and Bell Media’s suite of CTV-branded platforms.
The three HBO Max series premiering in Canada on Crave Wednesday are: Lionsgate’s Love Life, a new romantic comedy series starring Anna Kendrick (above); kids crafting competition show Craftopia, hosted by Canadian YouTube sensation LaurDIY; and underground ballroom competition series Legendary.
Additional HBO Max programming coming to Canada on Bell Media’s platforms include: Gossip Girl; Kaley Cuoco’s The Flight Attendant; Mindy Kaling’s College Girls; Lena Dunham’s Generation; Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: The Sisterhood; and Greg Berlanti’s Green Lantern.
