Ericsson acquires consulting and systems integration firm

TORONTO – Ericsson announced today it has acquired Telcocell, a Canadian consulting and systems integration company specializing in business support systems. Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2013, were not disclosed. Approximately 200 Telcocell services employees and consultants based in Canada and the U.S. are expected to join Ericsson.
