WINNIPEG – IFPTE Local 161 of the Telecommunications Employees Association of Manitoba announced Monday that its members working at MTS Inc. ratified the tentative agreement.
The three-year deal provides a 2% wage increase in 2013, 2% in 2014 and 1.75% in 2015.
The union, which represents 1,200 MTS employees in professional and managerial roles, averted a potential strike when it reached a tentative agreement with MTS two weeks ago.
