ACTRA Toronto launches Black performer showcase

TORONTO — ACTRA Toronto today announced it is presenting a curated selection of self-taped scenes by established and emerging Black performers who are members of the union at its new diversity showcase website. The Black performer showcase is the first of several showcases, with others planned to promote Latinx, Asian and LGBTQ+ performers, as well as performers living with disabilities, says ACTRA Toronto’s press release.
