Viaplay streaming service launches in Canada

Nordic content maker Viaplay has launched its streaming service in Canada on Tuesday. The $7 per month service, which is available to stream on standard streaming and mobile devices, includes the producers Nordic Noir series, with crime, historical and young adult drama series. The streaming service is expected to include exclusive Canadian premieres of more than 50 premium series and films this year, according to a press release.
