OTTAWA — The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) has hired Janet Lo (above) as its new assistant commissioner of legal, regulatory and stakeholder affairs, effective May 10. In her new role, in addition to overseeing CCTS’s legal, regulatory and stakeholder affair initiatives, Lo will support a broad range of strategic initiatives the CCTS provides for Canadians, says the CCTS’s press release.
