MONTREAL – Peggy Tabet has been promoted to vice president public and regulatory affairs, the company announced Thursday. She had been VP of regulatory affairs/broadcasting. Tabet, a 22-year Quebecor veteran, will now oversee all regulatory affairs for broadcasting and telecommunications, as well as public affairs, said the company annoucement. Her promotion comes on the heels of the departure of Serge Sasseville who was senior vice president, corporate and institutional affairs. Her boss, Quebecor CEO Pierre Karl Péladeau, tweeted his congratulations.
