CityWest names new CEO

PRINCE RUPERT. B.C. – Municipally-owned telecom company CityWest announced Friday it has hired Stefan Woloszyn (pictured) as its new CEO. He replaces Chris Marett, who departed earlier this year and joined Vancouver’s Novus Communications. Woloszyn was the CFO for the B.C. Pilotage Authority “and has successfully developed relationships with senior governments, many private sector companies, the City and coastal First Nations,” reads the company’s press release. “Woloszyn has facilitated new business development for multiple companies in the Northwest through his own private consulting practice.
