
TORONTO — Toronto-based film and TV content creator Buck Productions announced today its Cashed Out docuseries has been renewed for a second season by U.S. cable and satellite network REELZ.
Cashed Out (10×60) examines A-list celebrities and the way they earned, spent and lost their fortunes in life and after death. The series follows the money trails through business deals, tabloid scandals, expensive spending habits, ugly divorces and full-blown estate wars. The second season will focus on Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Stan Lee, Tom Petty, Selena Quintanilla, Marvin Gaye, Chris Cornell and others.
Season 2 of Cashed Out will begin principal photography this fall and is scheduled for broadcast in 2021, according to the news release.
