TORONTO – Bell Media’s Investigation Discovery (ID) is offering viewers a new virtual reality experience tied to a new season of Fear Thy Neighbor.
The Canadian true crime series, set to return August 2 at 10:00 PM ET/7:00 PM PT, returns to recount the disturbing tales of those who to unwittingly take up residence within a stone’s throw of a psychopath or killer, replete with terrifying tales of neighbourhood intimidation, harassment, and bloodbaths.
The companion VR experience offers the best in today’s technology, allowing viewers to be “VR detectives” returning to the heart of the crime scene to decide if the evidence matches the defense by decoding and construing what went wrong and why. The Fear Thy Neighbor experience will be amplified through immersive VR available on Discovery’s YouTube page here through a smartphone, tablet device, and desktop.
Other new ID series include Murder Among Friends, Married With Secrets, and Murder Chose Me.
