TORONTO – Dave Dobbins is out as president and CEO of new wireless provider Mobilicity. According to a company news release, Dobbins left the company “to pursue other interests”. He is being replaced by Stewart Lyons, who formerly held the COO title, effective immediately. In his new role, Lyons will oversee the execution of Mobilicity’s strategy as it further transitions from launch to growth phase.
