TORONTO and MONTREAL – The “analysis, evaluation and discussions” around the sale of Look Communications’ assets is still on-going, the company said Tuesday.
All bids were due to sales monitor Grant Thornton Ltd. by mid-February.
If and when the sales agreement(s) are finalized, Look said that it is required to seek a final approval order from the Court for the transactions, though shareholder approvals are not necessary.
