IROQUOIS, Ont. – Ross Video, based in eastern Ontario, has won an award from the provincial government for being an innovator in globally traded products.
Ross Video’s OverDrive TV production control system won a bronze award for innovation at the eighth annual eastern region Ontario Global Traders Awards, which recognize the most innovative and successful Ontario-based companies doing business around the world.
Ross Video designs, manufactures, and supports products for use in audio and video signal transmission in broadcasting, distribution, live event, and production. OverDrive allows technical directors to include control of video servers, audio mixers, robotic cameras, and other things.
“We have had tremendous success marketing the OverDrive production control system to our customers around the world. This award also acknowledges the accomplishments of our phenomenal engineering team that have developed the OverDrive technology,” said OverDrive President Jeff Moore.
