Xplornet buys independent ISP RipNET

MARKHAM, ON - Xplornet Communications continues to expand after announcing Tuesday that it is buying Brockville-based Internet service provider RipNET.RipNET operates in the eastern Ontario region that extends from Manotick to Gananoque, and as far north as Perth.
