World Fishing Network U.S. scooped up by Outdoor Sportsman Group

DENVER and TORONTO - KSE Media Ventures has acquired a 100% interest in World Fishing Network U.S., the companies announced Tuesday. Financial terms were not disclosed.Headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, World Fishing Network LLC had been jointly owned and operated by KSE Media Ventures and Toronto-based Insight Sports since January 2011.
