Wind slashes $45 plan by $6 for new and existing customers

TORONTO – Halloween is still weeks away, but Wind Mobile said Monday that its new promotional offer will put an end to “cell phone bill horror stories” and "scary data overages".The wireless company has cut the price of its $45 plan to $39 per month for both new and existing customers, and promised that the lower rate will apply for the duration of the customer's time with Wind.
