TORONTO – Wind Mobile is rewarding customers for spreading the word to their friends.
The company has launched its new Refer a Friend program, where existing and new Wind customers will receive a $10 credit for anyone that they refer who signs up with Wind. Their friend will also receive $10.
Wind said that its referral program works through a variety of email and message accounts including Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.com, and can also be shared on Facebook and Twitter or through standard text messages.
“Wind is dedicated to bringing affordable unlimited wireless service to Canadians and the referral program is a great addition to our overall offering,” said Wind Mobile’s chief commercial officer Glen Campbell, in the news release. “The refer a friend credit is our way of saying thank you to our customers for spreading the word.”
