TORONTO – Comweb Corp. and William F. White International have completed the acquisition of Parallel Rentals, creating the country’s only national single-source solution for professional production equipment and locations support services.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed and Parallel Rentals has been renamed Whites Parallel Location Equipment Supply, effective immediately. Based in Burnaby, BC, Whites Parallel LES provides a full-range of high quality location support equipment and inventory that includes everything from traffic control, tents, heaters, tables, and make-up mirrors, to location protection equipment and expendables.
Parallel Rentals founders and principals Andrew and Linda McLean will continue in their leadership roles with the company, which will remain at its existing location.
