TORONTO – tickets are now available for the 2007 Women in Film and Television-Toronto Crystal Awards Gala Luncheon.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of WIFT-T. For 19 of those 20 years, WIFT-T has recognized the achievements of women in film, television and new media with its annual Crystal Awards. These awards have been presented to more than 85 of Canada ‘s most accomplished women and men who have made significant contributions to the advancement of women and who have helped bring issues of diversity to the forefront. This year’s gala luncheon will take place Monday, December 3 at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. Pre-lunch networking will be held from 11:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. followed by the awards presentation and lunch from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. The winners and host will be announced shortly.
