Ward Smith among those moving into expanded roles at Corus

By Connie Thiessen Corus Entertainment has confirmed that some of the company’s top media division leaders have taken on expanded roles. Ward Smith will now be overseeing both news and audio portfolios, with his title now senior vice president of Global News and Corus Audio. Smith was previously senior vice persident of Global News, overseeing news operations across the Corus Entertainment network, including 15 local TV news stations, national news programs, and news programming across the Corus Radio talk network.
