MISSISSAUGA – Moncton, Saint John and Fredericton residents have a new choice in phone service as of today.
Vonage Canada has announced local availability of its flat-rate voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) service in New Brunswick’s three largest cities.
"Today’s announcement represents our first foray into the New Brunswick market and gives us a strong foothold in Atlantic Canada, something that consumers have been eagerly waiting for," said Bill Rainey, president, Vonage Canada, in a press release.
"For years, residents of Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton have been overcharged by their phone company. That’s all changed with Vonage."
