TORONTO – Former CRTC chair Konrad von Finckenstein has joined the C. D. Howe Institute as an Institute Senior Fellow. The C. D. Howe Institute is an independent not-for-profit organization that aims to raise Canadians’ living standards by fostering economically sound public policies.
