Virgin Mobile goes to Manitoba


WINNIPEG – Knighted cell phone service, Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Mobile, today launched in Manitoba. Virgin offers lower rates and no contracts or additional fees. It runs as an MVNO on the Bell Mobility network in Ontario and Quebec already but is launching in Manitoba on the MTS Allstream network.
