VANCOUVER – Astral media launched its second Virgin radio station Thursday as Virgin Radio Vancouver replaced 95 Crave at the 95.3 location on the dial.The station will focus on the “Hot AC format” with a target of 25-49 year-old adults. As previously reported by Cartt.ca, Astral plans to re-brand two more stations under the Virgin brand, The Bear (106.9 FM) in Ottawa and Mix 96 (95.9 FM) in Montreal.
