MONTREAL – Thanks to growth in local telephony, digital video and wireless, Videotron has begun a major recruitment campaign across Quebec in order to fill more than 200 positions before Christmas, the company announced today.
Videotron has made close to 600 hires already since the beginning of the year in order to meet the demand.
"We are conducting this hiring drive in order to fill a series of newly created positions," said Normand Vachon, vice-president, human resources of Videotron. "The growth we are experiencing at this juncture is a chapter in a truly extraordinary business success story. So we are inviting competent candidates from various fields to contact us if they are interested in joining our team and becoming part of our success."

“The purpose of the current recruiting drive is to keep pace with the steady increase in Videotron’s customer base and the addition of new products and services. "We are growing fast and we need to continue pursuing our corporate mission, which is to deliver the best possible experience to each and every customer," added Vachon.
