Videotron waives services suspension charge for customers affected by flooding

MONTREAL - Videotron is eliminating the service suspension fee for residential and business customers who wish to interrupt their services for the duration of their evacuation from the flooding impacting many parts of Québec.The company said that all services except mobile telephony can be temporarily suspended for up to six months at no charge for affected customers in the areas of Centre-du-Québec, Chaudière-Appalaches, Eastern Townships, Lanaudière, Laurentians, Outaouais and the Greater Montréal region.More details are available here.www.videotron.com
