MONTREAL – Videotron will try to fill 300 positions beginning Saturday as the company hosts its first High-Speed Interviewing Day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 405 Ogilvy St. (Parc Metro station).
The job fair is being held in order to fill 300 positions. A "speed interviewing" format will be used. All Videotron departments will have stands and there will be a corporate information booth.
A good first impression is key because initial meetings may last less than five minutes. Good prospects will get call-backs.
Videotron is conducting the mass recruiting drive to support corporate growth and steadily increasing customer numbers for the company’s services, says the company. Videotron launched a residential cable telephone service in 2005 and will introduce a wireless telephone service in 2006.
Hundreds of applicants are expected at High-Speed Interviewing Day following an unprecedented publicity blitz by Videotron.
