MONTREAL – Videotron has added Fox International’s BabyTV, which offers commercial-free programming for babies and toddlers, to its digital lineup.
Available on free preview on channel 170, BabyTV will be available in the French language as part of the Mega package, as well as in customized packages, and will also be featured on Videotron’s web, mobile and VOD platforms.
“As the youth No. 1 content provider, Videotron is happy to improve its offer with Baby TV channel on illico TV, illico web and illico mobile,” said Myrianne Collin, Videotron’s VP of marketing, consumer division, in the announcement. “Our clients are already familiar with some of its content on VOD, and they now will be able to subscribe to the channel to enjoy the diversity and quality of Baby TV live programming, as well as new on-demand content. In addition, the ability to watch Baby TV on the three screens will certainly appeal to parents”.
