MONTREAL – Videotron has announced plans to hire an additional 100 customer service representatives and 6 team managers at its customer contact centre in Gatineau.
The company said that more than $1 million will be spent on employee training and $2.3 million on the new premises, which is in addition to the $2.13 million spent last year on the facility’s expansion.
