Videotron offers pick-and pay, new programming packs

MONTREAL - Videotron is now offering all television channels on a pick-and-pay basis plus has rolled out six new television packages.The company said Thursday that its new packages “are based on what consumers are asking for”, and include its basic service plus various combinations of sports channels and what it has deemed “popular”, “premium” and “specialized” channels. The new packages, called Discovery, Discovery Plus, Show Time, Game Time, Total and Big Picture, range from $42.00 to $75.00 per month for various channel combinations.
