TORONTO and WINDSOR, N.S. – Immigration Minister Joe Volpe rode to the rescue of Pumpkin Regatta organizers and has produced a visa allowing Martha Stewart into the country. As reported yesterday, the style maven initially had to cancel her planned trip to Nova Scotia this weekend as well as what was to be a special appearance on Life Network.
