UPDATE: CH Victoria expands local news, bumps Sportspage

VICTORIA - CH Vancouver Island is significantly expanding news programming this fall, but to make room, a sports institution is losing an outlet. Starting September 6th, CH will air two distinct hours of news from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday. CH’s flagship evening broadcast will continue to feature veteran journalists and news anchors Ed Watson and Sophie Lui in a new format.
