CORONA, Calif. — U.S.-based MAVTV Motorsports Network today announced it is expanding its footprint in Canada with the addition of its MAVTV Select streaming channel to Samsung TV Plus.
Effective today, Canadian motorsports fans will have access to MAVTV Select’s streaming content, including Pro Motocross, Late Model Dirt, Pro Pulling and ARCA Menards Series, through Samsung’s free smart TV video service.
Canadians with Samsung TV Plus pre-installed on newer Samsung smart TVs (2016-2020 models) can instantly watch the service for free with just an Internet connection. In Canada, Samsung TV Plus carries more than 40 channels in news, sports, entertainment and more, says the press release.
MAVTV Select’s addition to Samsung TV Plus now creates competition for Canada’s own motorsports specialty channel, REV TV Canada, which rebranded from MAVTV Canada earlier this year.
