MARKHAM - TVC Canada said this week it has promoted Tim Emoff to the newly created position of vice-president, marketing and product management. Emoff, who joined TVC Canada in January of 2001 as assistant general manager of the Enterprise Networks Group, has progressed through various senior management roles with the company.
