TV satellite pirate held in contempt

DISH NETWORK CORPORATION and EchoStar Corporation along with security partner NagraStar and Bell ExpressVu today announced another victory in the Canadian Courts. Jeremy Corkery, “NagraGuy,” was found to be in contempt of a court order made by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on November 16, 2007. The companies allege that Corkery was a well-known satellite piracy coder and the primary officer of Blue Screen Computer Services, based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
