TSN, Sportsnet announce their Raptors schedules

TORONTO – With NBA preseason action getting under way this weekend (with a truncated regular season starting just 11 days from today), both TSN and Sportsnet have announced how they will split the broadcasts of the Toronto (or, for this season, Tampa) Raptors games for the first half of the season.

The two channels split the rights since their corporate parents share ownership of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, owners of the 2019 NBA Champions.

TSN’s Raptors schedule for the first half of the NBA season includes marquee games featuring the Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, and its regular season coverage begins with the Raptors taking on the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday, Dec. 23 at 7 p.m. ET.

Sportsnet’s early games include a Boxing Day clash with DeMar DeRozan, an Eastern Conference semifinal reunion with the Boston Celtics on January 4 and a match with Golden State Warriors on January 10

Both brands’ radio stations are also splitting the games. TSN’s schedule can be found here and Sportsnet’s here.
