TORONTO – TSN has proclaimed itself the exclusive sports broadcast partner of hip new Toronto restaurant Pick 6IX and is producing a new original social media series shot on-site.
The series, known as 6IX Degrees, will be available on TSN’s social platforms as six different 1:00 minute videos hosted by E! and Much’s Tyrone Edwards and TSN’s Cabral “Cabbie” Richards. TSN will also feature content from Pick 6IX during select Toronto Raptors games, and the network was at the restaurant this week to capture behind-the-scenes content including an interview with Canadian singer, actor and entrepreneur Drake.
Located at 33 Yonge Street in Toronto’s Financial District, Pick 6IX was founded by Drake’s long-time friend Nessell “Chubbs” Beezer and Chef Antonio Park.
“Pick 6IX is set to become a cultural sports and entertainment hub for years to come, and we look forward to working with the Pick 6IX team on the numerous opportunities this new iconic destination and partnership provides Canada’s Sports Leader not only from a storytelling, but also a fan perspective,” said TSN SVP and GM Mark Milliere, in the news release.
