VANCOUVER – Just ahead of its third birthday and the launch of new competitor Sportsnet 650, TSN 1040 unveiled a new weekday lineup set to kick off August 21.

The Bro Jake Show will wake up Vancouver sports fans a half-hour earlier, weekdays from 5:30 AM – 9:00 AM PT, while Donnie & The Moj move to an earlier 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM PT timeslot. Additionally, Matt Sekeres and Blake Price become the voices of TSN 1040’s new drive-home show from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM with Sekeres And Price.

The station’s new weekday lineup also includes the addition of Mike Halford and Jason Brough, who become the voices of the new mid-morning show Halford & Brough, airing weekdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.  That show’s inaugural broadcast will take place September 1st.

“With more than 12 consecutive hours of live, original programming available over the air and on the go, our refreshed all-star roster of hosts and shows will continue to provide fans with the premium sports content they’re seeking throughout the day,” said TSN Radio national program director Robert Gray, in the news release.  “We’re also thrilled to welcome Mike and Jason to TSN 1040’s weekday lineup, and look forward to the duo sharing what they’ve done so well on their weekend show with their new audience.”
