MONTREAL – Canadian broadband equipment supplier Trispec Communications is moving into the overseas market with the acquisition of 50% of Unitelco. Based in Pinhal Novo, Portugal, Unitelco is a 40-employee company serving the broadband market in Portugal, Spain and Africa, Trispec president and CEO Nino Cesta told www.cartt.ca this afternoon.
