Trio of telecom co-ops buy Mitchell-Seaforth Cable TV

DUBLIN, Ont. – According to the community newspaper the Mitchell Advocate, rural telecom co-operatives Hay Communications, Quadro Communications and Tuckersmith Communications have gotten together to purchase the Mitchell-Seaforth Cable TV companies from the Ward family. The cable company had operated a few different brands in southwestern Ontario: Grand Bend Cable TV, Mitchell-Seaforth Cable, and Ward Cable but had consolidated under the Ezlink name.
